Your Fit with LB program will be tailored to your goals, experience and preferences. You will have a training program that is designed to hit each of the major muscle groups, train simply and effectively without wasting time! Exactly how to perform each exercise is explained in video demonstrations that you can access on your phone! This allows you to be confident while performing each exercise. 

Whether you are training at the gym or in the comfort of your own home, I can create a program to suit your needs! Your Fit with LB program will be updated each month to ensure you are being challenged and pushing your body to make those gains! This will keep your training regime fun interesting so you don't get bored of it.
